Higher charges owing to risks involved -

It is expected that a lawyer may have to handle legal issues of a firm which may have a repercussions like the company losing a huge fortune. Such situations may be pertaining to compensating a worker or a consumer of a product if the company. For example, a pharmaceutical company or a food products company may have to loose a law suit if something hazardous is found about the intake of its products. Most of such firms also need to be continually tugged by legal services which play advisory roles in regulating the production methods, and legal services charge them heavily.
